2020 Bisbee's Black & Blue 40th Anniversary
Since our opening in 1991, Baja Cantina has been the proud home of the Bisbee's Fishing Tournaments (the richest sport fishing events in the world), and the favorite restaurant of Wayne Bisbee, and our patriarch, the late Bob Bisbee.
